1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GlobalTechCore website, mobile applications, or any services provided by GlobalTechCore ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GlobalTechCore. Additional terms and conditions may apply to specific products, services, or promotions, and are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use our services. If you are between 16 and 18 years old, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use GlobalTechCore. By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms;
• You are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. government embargo or that has been designated as a "terrorist supporting" country;
• You are not on any list of prohibited or restricted parties (including but not limited to the U.S. Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals).

3. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features (such as purchasing vouchers, downloading dumps, or enrolling in training), you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information;
• Keep your password secure and confidential;
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account;
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or provide false information.

4. Exam Vouchers & Digital Products

GlobalTechCore sells official exam vouchers for third-party certification bodies (CompTIA, AWS, PMI, Microsoft, etc.).

4.1 Voucher Delivery

E-vouchers are delivered instantly via email upon successful payment. Physical vouchers (if applicable) are shipped within 2-3 business days. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

4.2 Voucher Validity

All vouchers have expiration dates set by the certification vendor. GlobalTechCore is not responsible for expired vouchers. Extensions are subject to vendor policy.

4.3 No Resale

Vouchers are for personal, non-transferable use unless otherwise specified. Resale or distribution of vouchers is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

5. Dumps & Practice Questions

GlobalTechCore provides practice exam dumps and question banks as study aids. You agree to the following:

• Personal use only: Dumps are for your individual exam preparation and may not be shared, redistributed, or resold.
• No guarantee: While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that dumps contain actual exam questions or that you will pass your certification exam.
• Updates: We provide free updates for 90 days from purchase date.
• Refunds: Due to the digital nature of dumps, all sales are final. Exceptions may apply if the file is corrupted and cannot be resolved.

6. Training & Bootcamps

Our instructor-led training and bootcamps are subject to the following terms:

• Registration: Payment confirms your seat. We recommend registering at least 7 days in advance.
• Cancellation by Student: 14+ days before start: full refund. 7-13 days: 50% refund. Less than 7 days: no refund, but you may transfer to a future batch.
• Cancellation by GlobalTechCore: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to low enrollment or instructor emergencies. You will receive a full refund or option to transfer.
• Recording: Live sessions may be recorded for quality assurance. Your participation constitutes consent.

7. Payments, Pricing & Refunds

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and selected cryptocurrencies.

You are responsible for any sales, use, or value-added taxes applicable to your purchase.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws;
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others;
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts;
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or instructors;
• Share your account credentials or allow others to access your purchased content;
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access our site without permission.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account and legal prosecution.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on GlobalTechCore — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, dumps, training materials, and course videos — is the property of GlobalTechCore or its licensors and is protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without express written permission;
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices;
• Use our trademarks or logos without prior written consent.

10. Disclaimers

YOUR USE OF GLOBALTECHCORE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS;
• THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE;
• THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF OUR SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE;
• THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, OR INFORMATION PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH OUR PLATFORM WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GLOBALTECHCORE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES;
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON OUR PLATFORM;
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT;
• YOUR FAILURE TO PASS A CERTIFICATION EXAM, EVEN IF YOU USED OUR MATERIALS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL GLOBALTECHCORE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of GlobalTechCore shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules. The arbitration shall take place in San Francisco, California, unless otherwise agreed. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action litigation or class-wide arbitration.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the services.
